Some problems

Hi,
i have some problems:
1) In my category i don't see products: https://www.plaidmania.it/newsite/3-plaid-coperte-in-pile-personalizzate
2) I add, in layout control, the sidebar to the category page but i don't see the sidebar in all category page. You can see the difference between the first link (in the point number 1) and this: https://www.plaidmania.it/newsite/13-federe
3) When in layout control i uncheck the possibilities to see the left column in the homepage, when next i do something else, the check is green again
4) The name of my products is too long. I would see all name of product also in 2 rows
