How to remove Hard cropping

hello, please i need assistance ,we edit images of products but the funny thing is when we upload them they are shown like they are being square cut....i want the display not to crop but to show the whole image please someone help me i cant display this platform to the public looking like this..observe the clutch bags and how they are being cropped please visit and help me out
