    I see rar file mention version is 3.1.7 but after installation, we have seen the version is 3.1.6.

    I have updated KuteshopVersion: 3.1.8. Now my megamenu padding problem solved

    but I did not see the custom product attribute option. Please see the attached screenshot.

    r u really expert with this theme. did you check here have the option for type: color; Type: Photo; Type: Label. Before given any solution you should understand the problem. You are wasting my time that is not expected.

    Thanks, it is working now. I am unhappy because when I got kutethemes 3.1.18 at that time also got Kuteshop Toolkit in that theme. I have updated my Kuteshop theme & Toolkit with a new one. But I found theme is new but Toolkit is old. Why does that happen? For that mismatch, I have lost 5 days. Can you tell me who will bear 5 days lost?

    Is good now? Because when theme's updated, client should be update the WPbakery page builder, Slider Revolution and toolkit by deleting these plugins and reinstall them. If you have other problems, please connect to me.

I have downloaded from https://themeforest.net/downloads all plugin & theme. but unfortunately, I have seen the only theme is updated but the plugin is not updated. That is not very unexpected.

    - I have checked and did not get the same problems as you mentioned.Please check again( see this video shot: https://youtu.be/uDtbJ8VUrDA, it still works fine)
    - To update theme, you should do follow these steps:
    Step 1: Backup your site( Include codes + Database)
    Step 2: From the dashboard>>Appearance>>Theme, you need to activate the default template( Ex; Twenty Seventeen theme)
    Step 3: Click on KuteShop and then click Delete( look down in the right). NOTE: DO NOT delete the KuteShop-Child
    Step 4: Return the dashboard choose Plugins then deactive theKuteShop Toolkit, Slider Revolution, WPBakery Visual Composer and delete them.
    Step 5: Return the Appearance menus choose Theme>>Add New>>choose your latest theme version>>Install
    Step 6: Return the Plugins menus>>New>>and choose the Kuteshop Toolkit (Slider Revolution, WPBakery Visual Composer plugins are the same)>>Install>>and activate them.

    The cause maybe by your plugins, they are conflicted together. Please try using some methods below to improve the loading speed:
    1. Install the Autoptimize plugin
    2. Remove unnecessary plugins
    3. Optimize product images
    4. Intstall the WP Super Cache
    5. Contact with your hosting administrator to increase the speed

    kuteshop tab setting-> filter option not working

    the above problem is solved after updating Kuteshop Toolkit version 1.1.6 to Kuteshop Toolkit version 1.1.7. But I have to face Mozilla firefox browser compatibility issue.

    In Mozilla browser, my site loading time is higher and also in CHECKOUT Page payment gateway redirection not working.

    I have check there is no problem in sslcommerz plugin. During guest check out all are working fine. But if i try to check out through LOGIN USER at that time showing error "There are some issues with the items in your cart. Please go back to the cart page and resolve these issues before checking out."
