Good morning
The first one, you should update to the latest theme version, it's version 3.1.6 before and then please try using some methods below to improve the loading speed:
1. Install the Autoptimize plugin
2. Remove unnecessary plugins
3. Optimize product images
4. Install the jsDelivr – WordPress CDN plugin
5. Intstall the WP Super Cache
6. Contact with your hosting administrator to increase the speed

Hi,

What is the latest version on Kuteshop, am still experiencing slow site loading.

I have tried using small images ie less than 10kb on each product

Can u advise or login and check out for me.

You can check at the dashboard>>Themes>>Click on theme
