Main Menu and Mega Menu Build

Having really difficult time figuring out the Mega Menu. Tried following the guideline but the direction stops half way.
I've created a menu in the MegaMenu section, but how do I call/conenct it to the actual menu area in Appearance -> Menu ?
Couldn't figure out how to get the items in Menu design to show as "Megamenu"
