It looks like to me that it is still in the original place. Does it look differently to you? I've tried on 2 different devices and cleared history.

I have got it. In your case, you have to custom by yourself or connect to customized services, where they can help. However why do not you use the Newsletter short codes, it's customized for the MailChimp plugin. You can check and try( I have added at the Subscribe page)
