    When I want to go to Appearance -> Customize I get a 404 error page. Please assist

    The cause maybe by your host config. Please contact to your host providers, they will check and help you.

    I have contacted them, they said that they disabled The plugin js_composer/js_composer.php as it is using This plugin was consuming a lot of memory and site was showing issues. The site was using around 134M memory while allowed memory limit per domain is 128M. I have disabled the plugin js_composer for main domain and site is loading fine now.

    Is this plug-in part of your theme?

    Yes, it's my plugin. You should increase the memory to 256 or more( your host providers, they can check and edit at the php.ini file) . I would like to check your hosting however i can not access it. Could you please provide your Cpanel account via secret information area? I will check and tell you.
