    Good morning
    To turn off it, you enter the dashboard choose KuteShop>>Theme Options>>Header Settings and then turn off the Main Menu Sticky option

    The cause may be by your plugins, they are conflicted with the kuteshop theme. Please deactivate your plugins and check again. If it does not work, please provide your wp-admin login + ftp accounts via secret information area. I will check and help you( I have checked on my demo, it still works fine)
