    Selecting color/size for a product

    How can I have my customers choose which color and size they would like?

    The problem is when I make it a variable product it won't allow me to add a price to it and it permanently says 'Out of stock' on the site. Even when it says 'In Stock' on the backend.

    See in the attached image how there is no 'General field' to add price? Id like for customers to be able to choose what size and color they want for this item -

    The cause by you have not added it. Please do as the attachment screenshot and let me know your results.

    This is what Im seeing and it won't actually let me add a variation.

    Please update to the latest theme version, it's version 1.2.8 and try again.

    How do i update the theme? Will I lose all of my customizations?

    To update Boutique theme:
    Step 1: Backup your site( Include codes + Database)
    Step 2: From the dashboard>>Appearance>>Theme, you need to activate the default template( Ex; Twenty Seventeen theme)
    Step 3: Click on the Boutique and then click Delete( look down in the right). NOTE: DO NOT delete theBoutique-Child
    Step 4: Return the dashboard choose Plugins then deactive the Boutique Toolkit, Slider Revolution, WPBakery Visual Composer and delete them.
    Step 5: Return the Appearance menus choose Theme>>Add New>>choose your latest theme version>>Install
    Step 6: Return the Plugins menus>>New>>and choose the Boutique Toolkit (Slider Revolution, WPBakery Visual Composer plugins are the same)>>Install>>and activate them.
    - Why do you install the Boutique child theme? Because if you have any changes, you can custom in the child theme. Your changes wont not be lost when theme's updated.

    Im happy it's an easy fix but I actually don't have Skype, I'm working off a very old computer. Is there anyway you can fix this for me? We're trying to have this site finished this week.

    I just spent about an hour trying to figure out how to backup the site and I can't figure it out. I'll call my host's support tomorrow and maybe they can walk me trough it. I'll let you know if/when I figure it out. Let me know if you have any suggestions.

    Wow that plugin is super helpful. I exported everything as a file and downloaded it, is that the correct action to take? If so, you're clear to update everything. Thank you again for your help.

    It looks like there is now a color and size option for the product but the only color option is Black and the only size option is Extra Large.

    It should have Black and Marron for color and Extra Large, Large, Medium and Small for the sizes. Also Im not sure where to adjust the price on a variable product.
