My Acount - Logout Problem

Hello.

Menu My Acount is not functional for already logued user. When a user login and go to check others pages, later cant back to My Acount or Logout page, its not functional in normal site....My Acount link redirect to Home, not to users area.

Also, for example, if we want add more sub menu to My Acount Menu, as example My Coupons, My Points, etc. how we can make it? This Menu need be customizable from admin.
