Section Tabs not completely viewable on mobile

Hi, the section tabs are not able to be viewed properly on a mobile device. It seems to cut off most of the picture. Please see the image. Thanks. Also, a portion of the main menu isn't there either.

Okay, I figured out the Menu thing, but not the Section Tab thing.
