    Problems uploading demo

    Hello,
    I'm currently having issues uploading your Demos to my Wordpress account. Can you please explain how to do it step by step? I really just want to have Demo 5 showcased so I can replace the images with my images using visual composer. Hope to hear from you soon.

    The causes maybe by your host config. Could you please provide your FTP accounts via secret information area? I would like to check your host before. Also, may i remove all your demo contents and re-install from scratch?

    That would be super helpful if you could reinstall from scratch. I would be happy to send you the FTP accounts info but I am new to blue host and Im having trouble finding the password to them OR an option to reset the password (I'm very new to bluehost) see the attached screenshot

    In the secret info is the info I have but Im not having any luck with it, am I missing something obvious?

    Ok, sorry for the confusion. It would be super helpful if you could reinstall demo 5 from scratch. The FTP credentials are in the secret info and they worked for me in FileZilla.

    I believe the host does not need a "." before it

    host: spellandsaint.com
    user: spelland
    pass: Resolution1!
