Strange Issues!

I have some odd issues.
1. I cannot remove Google Map from contact page or any element like phone, etc. The documentation states and show an image that I should be able to do this, alas this is not the case.
2. I cannot seem to get sub-menus to drop down I make the sub-menus correctly but they NEVER drop down. However they drop down with the free Shopify theme. If there is anything extra I need to do with yer theme I'd be grateful if you'd advice.
3. Cannot seems to be able to resize logo. It is too big on some themes variations.
4. Images are not clear in products
