    Not getting emails when products ordered ?

    Hi guys,

    I'm not getting the order confirmation emails to let me know an order has come in when someone orders a product.

    Please help

    The cause maybe by your host setting. Please check again, also please provide your wp-admin login again. Currently it does not include username therefore i can not access your site.

    Hi I dont think it's a host setting as I can get email to the address.

    I've put the username in the secret info but it is on previous tickets.
