Cant edit my footer information

I cant seem to get this Visual Composer to work properly I dont see header/footer I only see footer option on my Wordpress Admin and I cant seem to edit my footer information. It jus takes me to a section in Visual Composer that is blank.

Hi Jamildef
The cause by you have not active the WPBakery Page for your site. In this case, you enter the dashboard choose WPBakery Page>>Role Manager and do as the attachment screenshot. Note: it does not include headers, they can edit at the wp-content\themes\kute-boutique\templates\headers>>your headers.
