Dear ibrahim_buyflee,

it is not a plugins, it is the debug mode :
in your prestashop directory :
edit file /config/defines.inc.php

change :
/* Debug only */
if (!defined('_PS_MODE_DEV_')) {
define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false);
}
to
/* Debug only */
if (!defined('_PS_MODE_DEV_')) {
define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true);
}
