Theme not excepted by shopify

The Theme doesn't load and used another theme for the current website. I will be closing this site down and starting another Shopify store and love to use the theme I purchased and didn't get to use, it is unfortunate the theme stated errors when I tried to upload it. If needing the new domain name, let me know. Attached is an image of the theme errors. At this time, the only delay is getting this theme loaded and I'm ready to go. Please help.

please extra this file and find "techone_package_1.0" folder: http://prntscr.com/jomtyt
and then select one of packages to upload to your site: http://prntscr.com/jomuc1

Thank you for the upload instruction! Although I didn't get a chance to use it at bluetoothbay.com as I'm closing this site this month, I'll be using this theme for https://www.wizegyz.com.
Is there any video's on constructing the mega menu?
