    Hello to dear Kutethemes support.
    I uploaded my website with Kutetheme and its running too slow, I check it with many website testers and its says a lot of errors in the Java and a lot of things. I need help to optimize it to running better,

    Could you please provide your wp-admin login + FTP accounts via secret information area? I would like to check your site before. Also, please try using some methods below to improve the loading speed:
    1. Install the Autoptimize plugin
    2. Remove unnecessary plugins
    3. Optimize product images
    4. Install the jsDelivr – WordPress CDN plugin
    5. Intstall the WP Super Cache
    6. Contact with your hosting administrator to increase the speed ( Ex: Memory,...)

    I have checked and found that you have not increase memory at the php.ini file. Currently it's 128M, you should increase to maximum . Also, please remove unnecessary plugins,....

    Hello dear support.
    Ok so now my php.ini file are with 1024MB, i have increased the memory limite also in wp-config.php. and its same.. still very slow loading its take about 20 seconds to load it.
    u told me to remove unnecessary plaguins.. but once im removed kuteshop tool kit my site take 2-3 seconds to load.
    please can u help me to fix it? im really need help

    May i remove all your demo contents and re-install from scratch? I have checked but not found the causes.

    Hello, can you reinstall it but without delete the products are already exists? and maybe install it with header layout 07? i dont need any other layouts..
    if yes please re-install it to improve the speed.. i really need it to load fast

    It's hard to do because i do not have much time. It's faster if i re-install from scratch because i would like to remove all your settings. Also, my developers are checking. I hope that they will find out the cause. I will inform you when i have got the results from them.
