    I tried with your account. However it kept logining without access to your site.
    Pls provide again + FTP account. I can still understand this error, but I need FTP to send to my coder. He will check in code if needed

    Hi,

    I can see your issue and it seems that you customized for this part.
    In demo, we do not have popup after click Add to cart. So I think that you customized your site and it affected to js.
    And I am sorry that we do not support for the customized site

    You can check again.

    Yep, I mean in demo, we just have popup to inform to the buyer that the product has been added to cart. It does not have same form as yours.
    Even in homepage or in single product page, you have another popup (Go to cart..), but demo site does not have.
