Hi @taneilcurrie,

Currently I cannot access to your account so I cannot check your site.
Please make sure that you entered the API key for mailchimp. It's the condition to make the popup works when entering the email
If you did it and your issues still persists, please provide the correct account. I will check for you

I did enter MailChimp API and I am still getting the error message that something went wrong when trying to sign up for the newsletter
