    Hello,

    I'm having major issues with the theme. When I activate the Turan Toolkit plugin and try to update a page I get this error:

    "Connection lost. Saving has been disabled until you’re reconnected. We’re backing up this post in your browser, just in case.''

    Do you know how I can fix this please?

    I tried as yours with the page About us (for example) and I did not see the error as you said. Or please take the screenshots. I will easily to understand you

    Hello Yame,

    I have attached a screenshot of the error i am receiving.
    This error appears when the Turan Toolkit plugin is activated and I try to edit a WPBakery Page Builder element in the backend editor of a page.
    If i deactivate the Turan Toolkit plugin and attempt to edit an element in the backend editor, it works perfectly fine.
    This leads me to believe the Turan Toolkit plugin is conflicting with something, what could this be?

    Ahh I see. I tried adding one more shortcode when plugin is being activated and it took a short time for loading with the Lost connection message then it had done. When deactivating the plugin, I did not see the same.
    I will send to my coder to check and inform you when he has the answer for me

    We have a deadline to get the new website complete and every day that goes past with this problem is another day developing that we lose. If the coder can't fix this soon, we will have no choice but to look for another theme and ask to be refunded.

    I don't to go down that route as this theme would be perfect for what we want to achieve.

    I hope that your coder gets back to us soon.

    Hello Jamie,

    My coder found out the reason why you have this error.
    It was caused by Yoast SEO plugin. The problem is on the configuration of this plugin. You can check again

    I have disabled the Yoast SEO plugin yet I am still receiving the error?
    I have also noticed the site runs extremely slow when both the Turan Toolkit and WPBakery Page Builder plugins are activated. Are these plugins incompatible with each other?

    My coder checked your site again and he saw that Yoast SEO plugin had been removed. And he tested by adding something on any pages, it works perfectly.
    For site runs slowly, it depends on many reasons. As we test demo site, it has the best result. We tried to optimize the theme.
    It maybe caused by hosting, server, ...

    Hello Yame,

    After trying to develop a company website using this theme, I have encountered nothing but issues with it. The deadline for completion of this website has been jeopardised because of these issues. The theme causes our site to run extremely slow, visual composer does not work properly and the Turan Toolkit is full of bugs. I would also deem the support received as inadequate since the issues have not been resolved.

    I am therefore requesting for a refund of the theme as it does not provide the functions promised and does not meet the companies needs.
    How do you suggest we proceed?

    I am no longer using the Turan Theme and have resorted to using a different theme. I am therefore requesting for a refund as the theme does not provide the functions promised.
