i want redirect client in one category with picture and title

In this case, you enter the dashboard choose WPBakery Pages Builder>>Role Manager and do as the attachment screenshot. Please do it and let me know your results.

In your case, the cause maybe by php version issue. You should check your PHP version, my theme supports for PHP 5.6.x or 7.1.x. If it does not work, please provide your FTP account again.My coders will check and fix asap.
