Logo too big + disable movable top bar

Hello,
Just purchased Maxstore theme, and for some reason the logo is too big, and there are no options to resize it. I tried editing theme.scss.liquid, but no results. How can I set a size?
Also how can I make it so the top menu doesn't scroll down with the page?
