    Question - Turan Theme

    1. What should I do to use multi-language?
    2. When I am trying to use the Contact Us Form, I am getting the following error message: There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.
    3. I am getting the following error when I click on the Subscribe button for Newsletter: Something went wrong, please try again later.

    Hello Williamvn,

    We got your issues and it seems that just relating to the configuration in back end
    1. Multi - language: I have a suggestion for you is that you can use WPML plugin. This plugin can translate your entire site into the different languages that you set up. It is not free so you have to buy it. Theme supports for WPML

    2. Error with Contact Us Form: Could you provide me the screenshots for this point so that I will give you the correct answer?

    3. Subscribe button for Newsletter: It seems that you still do not enter the API key for Mailchimp yet. Pls go to Worldmart > Mailchimp then get the API key for this.
    Please provide me your wp account also. I would like to check your site if you have more issues.

    WV: Before buying the theme I asked this questions and you never told me that I have to pay for that plugin. I am very disappointed about this.

    1. It seems that you asked on Themeforest. And I think when you want to translate your entire site with multi languages, you also have to use a paid plugin to serve for this.

    2. We've checked and now it works. Just the configuration in back end. See in my attachment (turan_2), you have to put the different email address for these fields

    3. I've tried to add my email address in your Newsletter in Footer, and it works correctly. I also received the confirm email. (see my attachment turan_1)

    2. Yes, this is working now!
    3. It is still not working, see the 2 attachments.
    4. One additional question: Is there a way to modify the Popups with a Visual Editor? I noticed that they are under Turan > Popups but they display only code.

    3. Please clear cache of your browser. I've tried with the different browsers and newsletter works fine (see turan_1)

    4. Negative to WPBakery > Role Manager > Select Post types is Custom and tick on the box of Popup (see turan_2)

    3. I have cleared cache but I am still getting the same issue and I tried with my computer and my iPhone.
