    Mega Menu selection not highlighted with background color

    Hi, I am currently working on customizing my site and I noticed that when you click on the mega menu(Primary menu) option e.g Home, it is not highlighting(Background color) the currently selected menu. The issue is on https://kuteshop.kutethemes.net/ but it works well on http://kutethemes.net/wordpress/kuteshop/option1/ .

    Also, custom link highlights properly but mega menu is not

    I have attached a screenshot highlighting the difference in both.

    Hi Kazim,

    Thanks for your response. I am not referring to when you hover on it. I am referring to when you click it, wait for it to load and then the item clicked should be the one selected. From your screenshot, you are currently on homepage which is why the home icon is currently active/selected.

    The home icon is not a mega menu, its a custom link. Custom link menu type works with no issue but, when you click on a mega menu type e.g automotive, it doesn't highlight the menu as a currently selected menu when page is loaded.

    This looks like a bug that needs fixing

    I can not show your video file. Could you re-take a video shot (.mp4) and share via my email: ovicsoft.kazimvu@gmail.com ? Also, i have checked and found that you are using the header style 03, it's not the same header style 01 (Home 1)

    And http://kutethemes.net/wordpress/kuteshop/option1/, it's option 1 in the kuteshop 1.7.9 and this style, it does not exist in the kuteshop 3.x.x

    I have also sent it to your email. In the video, you'll get a good understanding of what I'm talking about and I don't think this has anything to do with style. In the video, both example are using same style 01 and the issue is the same.

    On a side note, when you click on a mega menu type e.g Automotive. this line is appended to the URL /?megamenu=automotive (in address bar). Why?

    You can check it and you will see as well. This is obviously a bug with version 3 menu. Let me know how this will be fixed

    Sorry, this doesn't seem to be working yet. I double checked my site again and I see that it is only "Automotive" mega menu type that works. Other mega menu type don't work. Can you help look into this?

    Hi Kazim,

    I have not gotten fully into creating a mega menu yet. I am just testing the color highlight functionality and set up menu just like your coders did for "automotive" menu type and it did not highlight when I did same. Can you tell me what was done to make it highlight? I have no problem creating a mega menu. I just want to make sure the highlight functionality works
