In your case, please try using some methods below to improve the loading speed:
1. Install the Autoptimize plugin
2. Remove unnecessary plugins
3. Optimize product images
4. Install the jsDelivr – WordPress CDN plugin
5. Intstall the WP Super Cache
6. Contact with your hosting administrator to increase the speed
Also, you should install the kuteshop 3.1.1, it's lighter and faster than kuteshop 1.7.9
