    Unable to import demo content

    Hi,
    I am trying to import demo content but importer is asking for a file and the files i downloaded from themeforest doesnt include demo xml files.
    Can you help ? its urgent

    I am really sorry when hearing that. I will check and update theme asap. Also, i have shared a new package via your email. Please check and install it. The .xml file, it includes in the Sample Data folder. If you have any problems, please connect to me and do not provide your FTP account. I will check and help you.

    I tried importing the file you gate but again gateway error. Can you check, please? I have already given you my website's admin panel access from where you can check.

    Good morning
    Yesterday night i have tried but i got the 500 error. The cause maybe by your host. Could you please provide your Cpanel or FTP accounts detail via secret information area? I would like to check your host and install this theme.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your help. I reinstalled the theme and imported the demo content.

    I just have one question that on demo 7 homepage the menu icons like in the demo shown are not coming. Can you check why?
