Slider / Banner Problems

Hello.
I am currently having problem since day one with main slider/banner. Slider covers menus (both category menu and mega menu). I am not very familiar with a code.
I am attaching file with photo to you to check it. I needed to set slider lower so that i can work with my menus at the moment.
Is it a code bug or some kind of settings which I have not looked at?
