    Theme doesn't work correctly!

    Hi, I want to say this theme is broken, because I'm encountering a lot of problems. No Polish language, a lot of things doesn't work. I bought complete theme for prestashop, I feel cheated. What we do with that, do I receive completely configured theme or will you return cash. As a last resort, I will have to report it to the police. Best regards.

    Hi mate,

    Firstly, I would like to tell you that we are here to support for all problems regarding to our theme.
    We sale this theme for many clients and most of them do not get the same issues with yours. We tried to installed theme for you, supported timely so there is no reason to cheat anyone. In addition, the others also use this theme and I make sure that theme absolutely works well
    If you get any difficulties when using this theme, you can contact me. It perhaps comes from your hosting, server,... so uploading theme is difficult (I even tried to install many times to make it runs for yours)

    Hope you can understand the real situation and contact to me whenever you need the assistance.
