footer errors

hi,
1. the payments for the footer dissappeared, and some get replaced by my own pictures.

1a. WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN? HOW CAN I PREVENT THIS?
1b. how can i change it back?
2. No logo visible in footer: where can i put my logo?
3. where can i remove the "HOT SEARCHED KEYWORDS" and the "Company Info - Partnerships" and the "copyright" notice?
4. newsletter box does not work, it says "Something went wrong, please try again later." where can i configure it?
