Good morning
On New, they are new products that are bought for sale and Recent products, they are products that uploaded to you site. About On New and On Sale products, you can change at the /wp-content/themes/kuteshop/framework/includes/woo-functions.php

1. sorry i do not understand, what do you mean by
"On New, they are new products that are bought for sale"?

2. Are "on new" and "on sale", new functions added by kuteshop? Or do they already exist in woocommerce?

1. They are On New when your products, they have imported from factory or branch. Hope it's clearly
2. ON SALE, it already exist in WOO and ON NEW, it's a new function of theme
