2 bugs: theme main color + demo data banner and other images get overwritten

hi,
bug1: when changing the site main color in the kutetheme toolkit options nothing happens, I cleared the caches of wordpress and browser, but color does never change
bug2: we had already a skype calls about this with kazim vu (itsonla).
when the site contains both the demo data and my own data then the banners and other pictures get automatically overwritten by my data.
demo data banner and other images get overwritten:
I tried to import first my data and then the demo data.
I also tried first importing the demo data and then my data.
The effect stays the same, the demo pictures get overwritten
I also controlled if my data and the demo data have the same filenames (they have not)
so i think this is a bug
this is very annoying as i need to mannually change the pictures after every import
can you fix these bugs please?
