Demo Content Error

My developers trying to install the theme but both of them has been complaining that they are unable to import the content. It shows them Internal Error.

I need help asap.

Could you please provide your WP-Admin login + Cpanel( or FTP) accounts details via secret information area? I would like to check directly on your site and install this theme for you.

Hi,

My developers were having issues installing and importing to their servers since I have some modifications to do within the theme. They have now installed the theme on my server, the data was imported, however, the icons on menus and other icons are not showing on the theme.

I have sent the link of the theme installed and other credentials for cpanel.

I have checked and found that your icons are there. If you have other questions, do not hesitate to contact with me and do not forget provide your wp-admin login account via secret information area. I can not check your site without it.
