how to add my own products instead of demo products??

hi,

i installed the theme several times, with and without demo data
both installs go fine

All my data is already imported, and shows fine on the product pages: http://vizzually.com/s5a1/product/lw-p-wall-pinboard/
BUT i have a problem how to add my own data on the homepage

This information is lacking in the documentation (on how to add your own products in the homepage)

please help!!
