    Hello,

    If you use just only one language, you can use Loco plugin to translate. This is the free plugin so you have to translate manually
    If you use multi language, you can buy another plugin is WPML. Theme supports for this also. It will translate whole your site automatically.

    Also, you can provide me your wp login, I would like to check your site if you cannot translate your texts
