- About issue 1, the cause by you have not active for the Menu builder. In you case, you enter the dashboard choose Visual Composer>>Role Manager and do as the attachment screenshot.
- About issue 2, my coders are checking and reply you asap.

In your case, you should update to the latest theme version, it's version 1.3.5 and let me know your results.

I updated the theme and there is no change. The error still happens.
