Problem with menu and div overflow in opera

Hello,
I have couple problems and not sure if you gonna help me, but i'll try.
1. I have a menu wich drops down. And I have about 20 entrys in the menu list. Menu list becomes quite long and it do not fit into the screen. The problem is, that menu is'nt scrollable and its not possible to see what is in the bottom of menu.
2. Some div's overflow only on android opera. It's not possible to see what is on the bottom of the table. On other browsers avery thing is ok. Dont know where to look for the problem at all.
