Add reviews to products

Hi,
I have installed an App to my website so clients can post reviews
However it is not plugging in correctly and there is no input box for them to input a review
I have spoken to shopify support and they said

I took a look into this and can see the same as you, but the issue here is that your theme looks to be highly custom from a third-party developer. In these scenarios, the theme itself may not be fully compatible with the app and is blocking part of the app's functionality. I would touch base with the theme developer directly to assist with this."
