where is the online documentation + faq + videos of kuteshop v3.x?

hi,
i cannot find any online docs, the links on themeforest, or within wordpress admin do not work !!

I need to know how to change the content blocks (like fashion, see picture) , the megamenu, etc. please provide documentation !
Also a suggestion: the new 'elevator with arrow' icon in the block is not intuitive at all, because of the added arrow : it suggests that when clicking on it we scroll down (which is not the case)!! please remove the arrow from the elevator, or return to the older elevator icon of v1.0 !
