    Sorry for delay reply just because we do not work in the weekends.

    For your issue, it is just the configuration in back end. Please refer may attachment below and apply for your site to get the change
    You just configure for these 2 column to be the same with us, it will display 1 column in iPad

    Please try and tell me your result. If you cannot change it, please provide me your wp login. I would like to check your site if the issue still persists
