    update theme failled

    Hello,
    I received email for the theme update. I try to upload the downloaded zip file as theme uploading but on step for installation it says that install the package because the theme is missing in stylesheets style.css. How can I fix that - Kuteshop v.3.0 theme installation is installed correctly with no errors?

    Hi
    The cause maybe you have not delete the old version. To update KuteShop theme:
    Step 1: Backup your site( Include codes + Database)
    Step 2: From the dashboard>>Appearance>>Theme, you need to activate the default template( Ex; Twenty Seventeen theme)
    ( you can refer this document, it's the same http://test.kutethemes.net/koolshop_doc/#mazanoupdate)
    Step 3: Click on KuteShop and then click Delete( look down in the right). NOTE: DO NOT delete the KuteShop-Child
    Step 4: Return the dashboard choose Plugins then deactive the Kuteshop Toolkit, Slider Revolution, WPBakery Visual Composer and delete them.
    Step 5: Return the Appearance menus choose Theme>>Add New>>choose your latest theme version>>Install
    Step 6: Return the Plugins menus>>New>>and choose the Kuteshop Toolkit (Slider Revolution, WPBakery Visual Composer plugins are the same)>>Install>>and activate them.
    Please do it and let me know.

    I deleted the theme, the plugins u wrote and everything is the same...

    Do you have an answer - how to debug that? What u have sent me not working. How to fix that or to forget for the update? I tried to install the theme on clean WP installation and everything is the same. Please help!

    When you delete all data the site will be down -I tried this one and biuld all the site from scratch because with the theme deletion all WP links have broken and database too... The normal themes re-write the necessary files without a need the old one to be deleted. Please think about that and update me on the account email. Thank you in advance
