shortcodes not working

All Shortcodes on the page are not working for me. They show up like [kt_featured_box style=”style2″ icon_lib=”fontpe” icon_fontpe=”flaticon-circulararrows5″ title=”MONEY BACK GUARANTEE”] just that, no style or anything. just the code. what am I doing wrong?
