In your case, you enter the dashboard choose Posts>>your post>>select your header and then choose your heading as the attachment screenshot.

I mean the main header..... I want to choose header number 6 for all posts.

The photo you uploaded is for headings, It's a different thing.

Please look at the attached picture, this is header.
