    Problems installing required

    Just bought a new template for my WordPress website. I have tried to download the required plugins from an external source and have failed multiple times. Every time I try to install the remaining 4 required plugins I receive this message for all 4: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.

    I deleted items from my webhosting account, as I read that could help, and it didn't resolve the issue. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the theme on my computer.

    Any help is very appreciated!

    Could you please create a new WordPress then provide us the wp login + FTP?

    I would like to check your host however i can not access your FTP accounts because you have not provide your password. Please check and provide me again. Also, i have check your backend, it shows this message, see the attachment screenshot

    Here are some requirements the Turan theme. Before you begin the install, checking to ensure that you have the minimum requirements for Turan is WordPress 4.7.0 or highter, PHP 5.6 or highter and MySQL 5.5 or highter. Recommended PHP Configuration Limits: Many issues that you may run into such as; white screen, demo content fails when importing, empty page content with Fusion Builder and other similar issues are all related to low PHP configuration limits. The solution is to increase the PHP limits. You can do this on your own, or contact your web host and ask them to increase those limits to a minimum as follows:

    max_execution_time 180 or more
    memory_limit 256M or more
    post_max_size 64M
    upload_max_filesize 64M
    Please fix these values and re-install again.

    What's your FTP password? May i remove all your demo contents and re-install from scratch?
