    mega menu no longer shows images on mobile

    We have images in the mega menu. They show on desktop but not on mobile. They showed on mobile until latest version update.

    could not find you itsonla on skype. If you are using FileZilla do not use the quickconnect. Use instead the sitemanager and change the encryption to "Only use plain FTP (insecure)"

    I cannot unblock what I don't know. It doesn't matter that his IP address may change at some point. TODAY the IP he's connecting from is (possibly) blocked. If he can provide that, we can cross-check it on our firewalls and make sure it's not blocked. If it changes next week or next month - that's a different story. For right now, we need to know his IP as it is TODAY so we can actually search for something. Until we know his IP address - we cannot unblock it - because we simply don't know WHAT IP may be blocked.

    Please have him visit http://www.WhatIsMyIP.com or http://ipcheck.redapplemedia.com and let us know the IP address being reported. Without an actual IP there's nothing more we can do.
