Could you please provide your wordpress admin login + FTP accounts details via secret information area? I would like to check directly on your site and guide you. Also, you can go to the dashboard choose WP Bakery Page Builder>>Role Manager and choose as the attachment screenshot. Please do it and let me know your results.
