    Featured products grid does not change when changed in admin. Cannot produce less the 3 columns

    could you please take some screenshot and provide your wordpress admin login via secret information area? Currently your FTP account does not work also, please check and provide me again

    You must use plain FTP (no TLS)

    I have checked but i could not access your site. The cause maybe your host, it's blocked my IPs. Please check and unblock IPs from Vietnam.

    The screenshot looks like Filezilla. If so, use the site manager to establish insecure connection

    Did you update the Boutique toolkit yet? Please enter the dashboard>>Plugins>>delete the Boutique Toolkit and re-install it. Currently, i could not access your wp admin + ftp accounts again so i can not check directly on your site. Please unblock IP from Vietnam and let me know.

    we are using Boutique Toolkit Version 1.2.3 where do I find the latest version? Also, WPBakery Page Builder that came with your theme and we used to build the page is Version 5.4.5. How do we update to the latest version 08.03.2018 - ver 5.4.7

    Here are some steps:
    To update the Boutique theme, Boutique Toolkit,Slider Revolution and WPBakerry Page plugins
    Step 1: Backup your site( Include codes + Database)
    Step 2: From the dashboard>>Appearance>>Theme, you need to activate the default template( Ex; Twenty Seventeen theme)
    ( you can refer this document, it's the same http://test.kutethemes.net/koolshop_doc/#mazanoupdate)
    Step 3: Click on Kute Boutique and then click Delete( look down in the right). NOTE: DO NOT delete the Kute-Boutique-Child
    Step 4: Return the dashboard choose Plugins then deactive the Boutique Toolkit, Slider Revolution, WPBakery Visual Composer and delete them.
    Step 5: Return the Appearance menus choose Theme>>Add New>>choose your latest theme version>>Install
    Step 6: Return the Plugins menus>>New>>and choose the Kutes Toolkit (Slider Revolution, WPBakery Visual Composer plugins are the same)>>Install>>and activate them.
    Please do it and let me know.
