As i mentioned many times. Could you please provide your worpress Admin login + FTP accounts detail via secret information area? I would like to check directly on your site and show you how to fix it.

Please add the following code at the end of your functions.php file located in wp-content/themes/your-theme-name/ and let me know your results
remove_action( 'woocommerce_after_single_product_summary', 'woocommerce_output_related_products', 20 );

Thank you Kazim, but your script removed the ones I want to keep. Please find attached a image showing which related products have to be removed.

I have checked and found that the cause by the Jetpack by WordPress.com plugin, it's conflicted with the Boutique theme. Please deactivate it and let me know your results.
