TechOne Troubles

My brand bar displays perfectly fine on the first home page, but not on secondary product pages, and I can't even seem to disable them in the product section pages. Another problem is I attempt to disable the sticky navigation and it continues to stay. Not a huge problem, but would be nice if this was all fixed.
