Product Add on Extensions Image Uploader on Product Page not uploading Image

When I go to a product page I need customers to upload their logo (this is essential) but images are NOT being uploaded. I already made test purchases.

I really need this to work ASAP. I Already purchased Plugins (one for $24 and one for $49) and both do not upload images. SO there is something wrong with the theme. Please help ASAP

Hello,

I've discussed to my coder. And he explained that: This is just the ajax form. And in Product page, there are several info so you cannot set uploading image form in this page.
If you agree, he will fix for you to upload image in Single product page. There will have options to config.

Please consider and tell me your plan

Ok, if you do not understand what FTP is, can you provide us your Cpanel?
We need that account to modify on code.
(FTP is account that you can check your code, some files/folders (like tpl, .css, .js, ... something like that)

Hello,

Please check your site again. My coder has fixed this requirement.

For add to cart a product, it persists an error, and my coder said that it does not belong to the theme. You can deactivate woocommerce-tm-extra-product-options plugin or contact to its author to get support
